Pickup Policy
Terms and Conditions
In-Store Pickup Service: The in-store pickup service is only available at the Tsim Sha Tsui main store. Once the order is confirmed, the selected in-store pickup service cannot be changed to delivery service.
Pickup Location: Address: Room 15C, Sun Hing Commercial Building, 29 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.
Business Hours: If the selected pickup store is closed due to weather or other factors, you can pick up your order the next day. Customers can contact us to inquire about the business hours of the day. Contact number: 9681 4955.
Identity Verification: If the identity of the person picking up the order cannot be verified, we will refuse to release the order to protect the customer’s interests.
Pickup Period: The pickup period is within 7 days from the arrival date (e.g., if the arrival date is March 10, the pickup period is from March 10 to March 16). If the order is not picked up within the pickup period, The Good Spirits reserves the right to charge the customer additional storage fees.
Product Inspection: The color of the products may vary slightly due to computer screen settings, and the actual product shall prevail. Customers must check the condition and completeness of the products upon receipt and sign the delivery note to confirm. Our company will not be responsible for any issues or damages after the products have been received.
Unclaimed Orders: If the customer does not pick up the order within 90 days from the pickup date, it will be considered as the customer abandoning the order. The in-store pickup arrangement will be canceled without further notice, and our company will not provide any refunds or compensation.
Disclaimer: We will do our best to deliver the order to the designated store on time. However, due to actual circumstances such as traffic, location, weather, and other factors, there may be delays, suspensions, or rescheduling. Regardless of whether the cause of the delay or inability to pick up is within our control, our company will not be responsible.
Final Decision: In case of any disputes, The Good Spirits reserves the right of final decision.
Pickup Process:
When filling out the delivery and payment method, select “In-Store Pickup (Tsim Sha Tsui Main Store Only)” as the delivery method.
When filling out the delivery information, select “Pickup Store”.
Customers must pick up their orders at the designated store within 7 days from the selected arrival date during the specified pickup time.
When picking up the order, please provide the email information of the order (including the order number) to the store staff for verification and pickup arrangement.
The store staff may require the customer to provide further information to verify their identity (e.g., the phone number of the orderer/recipient).
Once the information is verified, the store staff will retrieve the order and hand it over to the customer. The customer must sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.
Customers can bring their own shopping bags to the selected store for pickup or purchase them at the store.
