Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$1,000. For orders under HK$1,000, a shipping fee of HK$80 will be charged.
  2. Delivery Area: Our delivery service is limited to fixed addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Delivery locations include SF Express stores and SF Express lockers.
  3. Areas Not Covered by Delivery:
    • Restricted Areas
      • Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, east of Sha Tau Kok Road to the roundabout at Kong Ling, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, and Luk Keng
      • Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, and Tai Miu
    • Outlying Islands (excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay, which require specific and longer delivery times)
    • Remote Areas
      • Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airport area, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, and addresses with longer operation times such as receiving departments
    • Special Locations: Government institutions (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes do not offer door-to-door delivery services. Recipients must collect items at the entrance.
  4. Order Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 3-4 working days after successful payment. In special circumstances (location or specific requests), processing may take longer.
  5. Receipt: Items must be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a re-delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged.
  6. Disclaimer: The delivery company does not verify the recipient’s identity, and our company is not responsible for any discrepancies. Customers must check the condition and completeness of the items upon receipt and sign the delivery note to confirm. Our company will not be responsible for any issues or damages after the items have been received.
  7. Shipping Information: If the shipping information provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, our company will not be responsible for any delivery delays.
  8. Inapplicable Addresses: Delivery service is not applicable to orders with addresses that are P.O. boxes, postal codes, or incomplete addresses that cannot be delivered.
  9. Order Discrepancies: If the items or quantities do not match the order, please contact our customer service department immediately on the day of delivery. Customer service hotline: 9681 4955.
